HCM Excavator Cylinder of Medium Pressure (27.5MPa) has the following features:

Small size, light weight, and high strength

Adopt the strength and fatigue design according to the load frequency analysis, adopt proper materials for the cylinder block and piston rod, as well as the right welding technology and supersonic fault localization inspection. The cylinder features small size, light weight, high strength and high reliability as the high pressure model.

The seal system has unique design and it adopts Japan seal ring products of NOK and Busak+Shamban, which can meet the requirements of civil engineering. Thus it can prevent dust pollution, reduce the leakage and gain optimum oil membrane on the piston rod.

Cylinder block

with the change of thickness of the cylinder block and flange, the internal surface of the cylinder has proper strength and size. It is manufactured with tumbling treatment, and it has good rough degree and surface rigidity, which improved the wear resistance.

Piston rod

based on the high frequency quenching treatment, hard chrome and nickel plating, the anti-rust, wear resistance, and anti-scarring capability of the piston rod gets improved. In addition, The CNC tumbling treatment ensures the even veins on the surface and the high degree of finish, and thus provides good oil membrane at the surface and prolongs the service life.

Safety

Various kinds of valves can be easily installed with various functions like slow return stroke, counting balance, and emergent shutdown according to the needs. And there is buffering device mounted inside the cylinder which can absorb the compact at the stroke end.
